The magikal ability to make someone do something with the power of you voice. At higher levels Even the presence of the owner can enchant another.By all means this a magickal abillty.You might recognize this ability from movies such as stardust where lamia uses this power to command another witch to not pursue something.

Tech1: Visualize magickal energy in your throat.{magickal energy is the color of the rainbow}.Then visualize what you want in the magickal energy, then say it to that person and then visualize them doing what you asked with your voice. Note:You have to concentrate on two things at a time - What you want and the magikcal energy. this takes perservence and pratice but be decticated and you will see results!!!
