Meditation
Meditating is easy. Anyone can do it. Theres many techniques and if you know one that I am not covering here, feel free to edit this article and add it. In the first technique, Ill cover the basics. Just sit and breathe.
Thats right. Breathe... inhale, exhale. You are sitting, you are thinking of practically nothing except your inhaling-exhaling. Now, concentrate. This is best done somewhere you like. The objective of meditation is to imagine. Image what you like to accomplish. You can increase your willpower through meditation. Better yet, visualize yourself whatever you want to accomplish in life. Think about it over and over again. What are you doing? What does success look like? Picture it with as many details as possible. I am going to leave this article up to this point. If you have some time, feel free to edit it. Another method is to relax starting with your fingertips and toes, work your way up to you arms and legs etc. Then relax your chest and stomach, then your head. You should be in a state of rest. I had best results when I was sitting cross legged on a soft mat with my eyes closed. Try rolling back your eyes when you are fully relaxed, as this is what you do when you are sleeping. Concentrate on a single word (I use "om"). It is that simple, and it relaxes greatly.

The Third Eye

Before you practice your kinetic (i.e.,telekinesis, pyrokinesis, sono, umbra, geo, cryo, photo, etc.), it helps if you open the Third Eye. This is an ability that all are born with. Heres how to do it, for those who don't know how.
Opening the Third Eye allows psionic energy that comes straight from the mind to flow to the object, it helps you blend your energy with it. Close your eyes, lay or sit in a meditative state. Breathe for a minute or so, deep breath in through the nose, hold for a couple of seconds, and let it all out through the mouth. Do this until you feel relaxed, but don't do it for so long that you feel light-headed. Place the index and middle fingers on your forehead. Open your eyes and blink three times. Take a pause, breath, still with the fingers in the same spot. Blink three more times. Close your eyes again, only this time, after your long breath, visualize an eye appearing on your forehead, where your fingers are. Open your eyes, take the breath, and then feel the eye opening, and blinking with you. When you do feel it, close your eyes, and try to look only with your third eye. if you see two colors at one time than two things might ensue. You should see in a few of these colors: Blue:you are going to have a good year and you will have much luck. Yellow:you will feel enlightened and have many good ideas. Black: Means that you will be experiencing death(family or friend) Red: A fight will ensue Purple: All is well bless this place and leave before you corrupt it. Astral Projection Techniques.First some terms.
There are many types of "projections" going by different names the ones I use are:
MENTAL PROJECTION - Where the practitioner projects just his Consciousness to some other place, beyond the physical body. It's similar to a day dream only much stronger. You see a mental picture, like watching a movie, but there are no senses per se, taste, feel, hearing, smell etc.
ASTRAL PROJECTION - This is where the Consciousness & the Astral body separate together from the physical body. The practitioner has use of all fives senses plus those used by the Astral body. You may have a sense of flying or floating. Vivid dreams are often natural AP during sleep. It's perfectly safe. Nothing can enter the physical body while on an Astral projection as only you have the exact key. At any sign of danger the Astral body is "reeled in" rather quickly.
ETHERIC PROJECTION - This is where the Consciousness, the Astral body & the etheric body separate together from the physical body. The ectoplasm of the Etheric body can been seen other. The physical body is reduced to a state of near catalepsy during the projection and must be protected from sudden shock or disturbance as there is a rare occurrence of physical death.
BILOCATION - This is where the Consciousness, the Astral body, the Etheric body & the Physical body are in TWO different places at the same time. This is only to be used by advanced Magi and then rarely. It involves time & place distortion with a host of other things. Mental projection is by far the easiest. Just focus the consciousness anywhere the will directs.
Astral Projection requires a little more. There are as many techniques & systems as there are people. Here are some guide lines & methods; METHOD 1 In a quiet place sit in a straight backed chair, up against a wall or on the floor with spine erect. Relax, get comfortable. Inhale & exhale slowly a couple of times. DO NOT FALL ASLEEP!! Use 2/4 breath to start, that is; empty your lungs, easily, then inhale to a mental count of four, hold mental count of two, expel in a four count, pause for a two count, then inhale to a four count etc, etc. Picture an image in the mind's eye of a yourself in a ball of light about 3-5 feet away from you. Continue, slowly, rhythmically while focusing your attention on the image in the mind's eye, see it clearly then shift your consciousness or point of awareness ...awareness of self, selfhood; the observing I etc. to the ball of light. Including the senses first touch, move your Astral feet & arms, then hearing, then smell, then taste & last of all when you have your other senses plugged in open your eyes and look around. Each sense further focuses your point of awareness in the Astral body. Astral sight doesn't depend on the physical eyes.
The reason it is listed last on the list is practical. Sometimes for novices the act of opening the eyes in the Astral body triggers a reflex of opening the eyes in the physical body, without the other senses to anchor it the consciousness shifts back to the physical body and you lose the AP. Don't worry about your Astral sight at the very start. Work first on being sure of shifting the consciousness. That is the first step to success. The rest of the senses MUST follow. If you have to break it down even further, work on hearing, smell, touch or Small Astral body movements one at a time first. Then work on sight. METHOD 2 Start a mental projection and will your Astral body along. METHOD 3 Imagine that your Astral body is separating from your physical body out the head chakra. You will sense a rapid vibration with a rising or floating sensation. Let it happen. Don't block it. When complete check your five senses in the described order. Using the Astral body requires only that you mentally shift gears into it, no matter what method you use. Astral projection takes patience, practice & persistence. Several things govern how quickly you can gain mastery: * noises & distractions * how relaxed you are * breathing technique * how well focused you are * achieving the mental imagery necessary * transfer of consciousness * practice "Astral Projection" is not one experience but a complicated amalgam of many types and levels of experience. AP experiences can be very sharp and clear, foggy and dreamlike, intense, mild, convincing, and confusing all at once. The common modern view of AP is that is has three (or four) basic forms; Mental, Astral, Etheric, (and rarely Bilocation).
However, my experience is that there are hundreds, perhaps thousands, of variations of typical "astral travel" experiences and that breaking them up into a few categories is more convenient than accurate. Two of the most common reasons for not achieving a clear AP are foggy imagery & problems with shifting Consciousness to the Astral body. First the image in the ball of light must be clear & fixed. You must have a clear mental image of the Astral body to begin with. Second, the Consciousness must be fully shifted or transferred from the physical to the Astral body!! It shouldn't be shuttling between the two. It's a very common problem. But you can't drive two cars at the same time! This may show up as poor Astral vision or partial or full loss of Astral senses. Sort of like poor TV reception with static & snow. robably because of uneasiness about the unknown. Relax!! Your physical body will be just fine, really! Remember you can't swim hanging on to the side of the pool!!!! Let go!!! Trust me. The single most important factors shaping the nature of the AP experience are practice & "Instructions" for the "voyage" given by very deep areas of the subconscious mind, "co-ordinates", if you will, that the projecting "Selfhood Program" uses for guidance in this journey through all the possible universes. These "co-ordinates" can be suggested to the one pointed or focused mind through ritual, meditation, visualization, and many other techniques. Without training, and developing the strength of the "psychic muscles", most people aren't able to give adequate co-ordinates to the focused mind. They are in the position, one might say, of being able to turn their psychic computers on, but they are not yet able to load in a program that takes advantage of the computers powers. The thing just sits there and hums blindly. They have some interesting thoughts or twists of perception while they do their practices, but don't usually make the shift. The "trick" of astral projection lies in the TRANSFER OF YOUR POINT OF AWARENESS...awareness, selfhood; "the observing I". It is "like" a vortex, an 'atom' of consciousness, which "rides" the physical body. It is not the Ego, not the "higher self"; it is more like a natural force, or quality, in the way that "weight" is a quality of gravity. One of the keys is focus & intensity. You should become oblivious to everything except transferring your point of awareness, complete & undivided attention, focus or consciousness. Use your other senses as a check list, in the order described. Anxiety or fear of the unknown often causes problems...like swimming or riding a bike, RELAX. You won't fall or drown! If you tense up, it won't happen. This is a natural, easy process. Don't push or force, focus & guide. When trying to ascertain if you have a true Mental or Astral project check to see if the contrary is true.
If the scene you are in is one of a friend reading a book, imagine him ironing or doing dishes. If the scene changes immediately to him doing dishes or ironing, it not a true Mental or Astral projection. If progress or success is occasional or uneven then check the list above and eliminate the cause of the problem. Try these techniques every day or night for three months. Record all experiences, in detail, in a journal to study later. Stick to the schedule(three months), patience, practice & persistence are the key. Small Object Invisibility Visual Exercise
Step One Charge your physical body with energy.
Step Two Then place a stone in front of you .
Step Three Focus your mind on the stone in front of you.
Step Four Then close your eyes and visualize the stone.
Step Five Then visualize that your energy is blending with the stone.
Step Six Then focus your mind on turning the stone invisible.
Step Seven When the stone is not visible anymore hold it there for a minute.
Step Eight Then focus your mind on turning the stone visible again.
Remember Do steps six to eight a couple of times and if you want try using another small object. When you think your ready try this exercise with a large object.

Physical Invisibility Introduction
The nature of invisibility is the ability of blocking out light and it's many spectrums, like a cloud blocking out the sunlight of the sun on a cloudy day. When light is blocked out things become invisible or unseen. The same technique is used in invisibility what we are going to do here is project energy from the base of the third chakra the solar plexus and block out the light admitted by the physical body and the human energy system, then we will use a cloud created with Kundalini energy from the base of the spine and rise it up into the solar plexus and out through the chakra forming a cloud around the physical body. This will be known as a photonic cloud once the cloud is projected then we tint it with the colour black this prevents light been seen and acts as a cloak around your physical body. This is where visualization, feeling, and colour, come into play. Start with the visual technique before moving on to physical invisibility.
Visual Technique For preparation, find a quiet place get comfortable and relax and close your eyes.
Step One Now in your own time, visualize that your visual body is the standing in front of you.
Step two Then visualize the third chakra (the solar plexus). At the base of this chakra, there is a well of energy. This well is known as the jewel of the lotus. Within the jewel there is a light golden energy. Visualize that this golden energy is trickling out of the jewel and spreading out into the third chakra. As the chakra spins, see the chakra becoming golden in colour with its light radiant energy.
Step Three Now as the chakra spins, see the golden energy of the kundalini blending with solar plexus and instruct the energy to form a photonic cloud of black light and feel the process as the photonic cloud forms.
Step Four Now as the kundalini energy trickles out of the top of the chakra, and into the visual body project that cloud by visualizing that the photonic cloud is expanding around you encompassing your very existence.
Step Five Now that you have created the black photonic cloud of Invisibility focus your mind telepathically on the cloud and see and feel your visual body becoming invisible by blocking out the light of your being.
Step Six If you have done this correctly then your visual body will be invisible well done now focus your mind on the photonic cloud around your visual body and telepathically bring your visual body back into a state of visibility by feeling and see it return to normal. Remember Write down all your sensations and experiences while you were performing this technique for future reference and master this technique before moving on to physical.
Physical Invisibility Introduction
Physical Invisibility is a little different to visual in visibility because with physical visibility we use Kundalini energy from the seven major centres in the chakra system to form the black photonic cloud of invisibility this is done by projecting energy from the seven centres into the auric field and forming the black photonic cloud.
Physical Technique For preparation find a quiet place and get comfortable and relax and for this technique you will need a mirror.
Step One Now in your own time close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths feel the chest rise and fall and relax.
Step two Then visualize the base chakra. At the base of chakra there is a well of energy this well is known as the jewel of the lotus within the jewel there is a light golden energy. Visualize that this golden energy is trickling out of the jewel and spreading out into the chakra. As the chakra spins see the chakra becoming golden in colour with its light radiant energy. Feel that energy.
Step Three Now focus on the second chakra and do the same, see the jewel at the centre and see this radiant energy trickling out into the 2nd chakra fill it with its radiant energy.
Step Four Then move on to the 3rd chakra and do the same for this chakra and the other chakra's till all seven chakra's are filled with the radiant golden light of kundalini energy
Step Five Now once you have reached the seventh chakra see the seven chakra's and feel this light golden energy continually flowing into the chakra's till it starts to over flow into the physical body and move that energy through your physical body and out into the auric field till you reach the seventh layer of the auric field.
Step six The visualize that the golden clouds are forming in the auric field and instruct the clouds the change form their natural golden colour to a black colour when ever you focus your mind on being invisible and to return to the natural colour when you focus your mind on being visible. do this now.
Step Seven Now that we have created the photonic cloak of invisibility it time to see how you went open your eyes and focus on the mirror in front of you see your reflection and as you watch focus your mind on the photonic clouds and feel them changing from their natural golden colour to black.
Step Eight Now as you do this see and feel your reflection vanishing in front of you and once you have vanished hold it there for a moment.
Step Nine After a couple of minutes focus your mind on the photonic clouds again and feel them returning to their natural golden colour. As you do this see your reflection reappearing in front of the mirror.
Remember Write down all your sensations and experiences while you were performing this technique for future reference and remember master the visual technique before moving on to this physical technique. Note Note if this technique dosen't work the first time you try if don't be discouraged it may only be a matter of changing the photonic clouds till they're strong enough this can be done by doing the technique daily and if it's still not working make reference to your notes. If you're still having trouble with this technique try doing it with your visual body because the change can only take place inside you.

Physical Invisibility Introduction
The nature of invisibility is the ability of blocking out light and it's many spectrums, like a cloud blocking out the sunlight of the sun on a cloudy day. When light is blocked out things become invisible or unseen. The same technique is used in invisibility what we are going to do here is project energy from the base of the third chakra the solar plexus and block out the light admitted by the physical body and the human energy system, then we will use a cloud created with Kundalini energy from the base of the spine and rise it up into the solar plexus and out through the chakra forming a cloud around the physical body. This will be known as a photonic cloud once the cloud is projected then we tint it with the colour black this prevents light been seen and acts as a cloak around your physical body. This is where visualization, feeling, and colour, come into play. Start with the visual technique before moving on to physical invisibility.
Visual Technique For preparation, find a quiet place get comfortable and relax and close your eyes.
Step One Now in your own time, visualize that your visual body is the standing in front of you.
Step two Then visualize the third chakra (the solar plexus). At the base of this chakra, there is a well of energy. This well is known as the jewel of the lotus. Within the jewel there is a light golden energy. Visualize that this golden energy is trickling out of the jewel and spreading out into the third chakra. As the chakra spins, see the chakra becoming golden in colour with its light radiant energy.
Step Three Now as the chakra spins, see the golden energy of the kundalini blending with solar plexus and instruct the energy to form a photonic cloud of black light and feel the process as the photonic cloud forms.
Step Four Now as the kundalini energy trickles out of the top of the chakra, and into the visual body project that cloud by visualizing that the photonic cloud is expanding around you encompassing your very existence.
Step Five Now that you have created the black photonic cloud of Invisibility focus your mind telepathically on the cloud and see and feel your visual body becoming invisible by blocking out the light of your being.
Step Six If you have done this correctly then your visual body will be invisible well done now focus your mind on the photonic cloud around your visual body and telepathically bring your visual body back into a state of visibility by feeling and see it return to normal. Remember Write down all your sensations and experiences while you were performing this technique for future reference and master this technique before moving on to physical.

Physical Technique For preparation find a quiet place and get comfortable and relax and for this technique you will need a mirror.
Step One Now in your own time close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths feel the chest rise and fall and relax.
Step two Then visualize the base chakra. At the base of chakra there is a well of energy this well is known as the jewel of the lotus within the jewel there is a light golden energy. Visualize that this golden energy is trickling out of the jewel and spreading out into the chakra. As the chakra spins see the chakra becoming golden in colour with its light radiant energy. Step Three Now focus on the second chakra and do the same, see the jewel at the centre and see this radiant energy trickling out into the 2nd chakra fill it with its radiant energy.
Step Four Then move on to the 3rd chakra and do the same for this chakra and the other chakra's till all seven chakra's are filled with the radiant golden light of kundalini energy
Step Five Now once you have reached the seventh chakra see the seven chakra's and feel this light golden energy continually flowing into the chakra's till it starts to over flow into the physical body and move that energy through your physical body and out into the auric field till you reach the seventh layer of the auric field.
Step six The visualize that the golden clouds are forming in the auric field and instruct the clouds the change form their natural golden colour to a black colour when ever you focus your mind on being invisible and to return to the natural colour when you focus your mind on being visible. do this now.
Step Seven Now that we have created the photonic cloak of invisibility it time to see how you went open your eyes and focus on the mirror in front of you see your reflection and as you watch focus your mind on the photonic clouds and feel them changing from their natural golden colour to black.
Step Eight Now as you do this see and feel your reflection vanishing in front of you and once you have vanished hold it there for a moment.
Step Nine After a couple of minutes focus your mind on the photonic clouds again and feel them returning to their natural golden colour. As you do this see your reflection reappearing in front of the mirror.
Remember Write down all your sensations and experiences while you were performing this technique for future reference and remember master the visual technique before moving on to this physical technique. Note Note if this technique dosen't work the first time you try if don't be discouraged it may only be a matter of changing the photonic clouds till they're strong enough this can be done by doing the technique daily and if it's still not working make reference to your notes. If you're still having trouble with this technique try doing it with your visual body because the change can only take place inside you.

How I use my TP Everyone is a psychic, whether they believe it or not. Anyone can do psi, but only those with the knowledge and will can control it. Have you every said the same thing at the same times as another person does, without any reason why? Have you had a song stuck in your head for no reason, then later someone else starts singing or humming the same song? This is a form of telepathy: reading other people's thoughts, even from a distance. To develop this is not easy, but it will come with patience and practice. Below are a few methods of working telepathy.
METHOD ONE Stare at someone, not letting them know you are doing this, and clear your mind. Try to push out all thoughts and emotions, or simply visualize a black wall. The first thing you see, feel or think may be the thoughts of that person. Keep doing this for some time, then try it on someone you know. Ask them what it was they were thinking about.
METHOD TWO Lay down and close your eyes. Visualize someone you know, not where they are or what they are doing, just them. Imagine their third eye (the third eye is in the lower center part of the forehead, just above and between the eyes) open up and visualize yourself traveling into that third eye. At that point, blank your mind and let the thoughts, feelings and visualizations take over. This is one of the best methods. Of crosss it can be used in adark way but itcan be converted to a postive one positive.You can place thoughts, feelings, and hallucinations into someones's mind. It takes quite some time to master this, but it can become a very easy yet powerful tool.

RV and TP exercise This is an exercise that I created to practice with my friend aboot *counts* almost 3 weeks ago when I realised she had a natural gift of telepathy with me because of the “friendship” bond*. This bond makes it very easy for her to pick up on wot I’m thinking. As you can see the name of this exercise indicates it combines RV (Remote Viewing) and TP (telepathy). For this exercise you need another person, preferably a very close friend or family member who is open minded or interested in Psi if you want to have a higher rate of succession. Once you’ve found someone to practice with decide which one of you is going to be the Sender and who’s going to be the Receiver (See the Brief explanation of TP for details) Stand infront of each other around a metre or so apart. You may sit down cross-legged if you wish. Have the person who is the Sender to put their hands behind their back and think of a number from 1-10. Now both of you adjust your breathing.. (See ‘Breathing “Requirements”’ for a guide on how).
Once you have done this get the Sender to show that number they chose by holding up their fingers, since they are behind their back. Sender’s job is to think of the number “say” it in their mind every now and again but not repetitive as this can muddle the message. So just once every now and again very, VERY clearly. The Receiver’s job is to keep their mind blank and open… They have to try and turn their minds view to see behind their friends back (hence the RV part). When they see how many fingers are up and a number comes into their mind they have to “weigh” it to make sure it is the right one. They can do this by sensing their friend (or family members) “energy” how you know them. That is why you need to have the “friendship” or love bond**. Then just see how you go recording your result as you go after you feel that it’s the right number. It may take a lil practice but is very effective :)
*The friendship bond is a bond that exists between most very close friends. And explanation for how you can know wot they’re thinking and finish their sentences and stuff.
**A love bond is basically the same as a friendship bond but between family members usually or a person you love. But for it being with another person you love it has to be both ways to work."

You can practice with another person, allocating a sender and receiver. The sender is the person who sends the image or sentence to the Receiver. And obviously the Receiver receives it. When the Receiver can see wot it is that the Sender is sending them the Sender then has to ask questions aboot it if it is an image. For beginning it is best that the Sender only sends an image they are VERY familiar with and see every day like a pet for instance as this makes it easier to send the image clearly etc. Brief summary of Remote Viewing

I found that when I was receiving and image (so far I’ve only been sent images of living things…) I then proceed to RV by accident. With practice though, it becomes easier to call up on command. You can use it to see wot a friend is doing or if you’re a parent (:P) check to see wot your children are up to. It is similar to RP (Remote-Presence) but RP actually puts you in the same room as that person and it is possible to communicate with them depending on your skill level.

I'll discuss some theory about empathy and sympathy first. If you want to start learning the telekinetic techniques, feel free to jump to the end of this article.
Empathy is the recognition and understanding of the states of mind, beliefs, desires, and particularly, emotions of others. It is often characterized as the ability to "put oneself into another's shoes", or experiencing the outlook or emotions of another being within oneself; a sort of emotional resonance.
What is Empathy? The origin of the word empathy dates back to the 1880s, when German psychologist Theodore Lipps coined the term "einfuhlung" (literally, "in-feeling") to describe the emotional appreciation of another's feelings. Empathy has further been described as the process of understanding a person's subjective experience by vicariously sharing that experience while maintaining an observant stance.
9 Empathy is a balanced curiosity leading to a deeper understanding of another human being; stated another way, empathy is the capacity to understand another person's experience from within that person's frame of reference.
10 Even more simply stated, empathy is the ability to "put oneself in another's shoes." In an essay entitled "Some Thoughts on Empathy," Columbia University psychiatrist Alberta Szalita stated, "I view empathy as one of the important mechanisms through which we bridge the gap between experience and thought." A few sentences earlier in her essay, she had emphasized that ... "[empathy is] consideration of another person's feelings and readiness to respond to his [or her] needs ... without making his [or her] burden one's own." Background While the ability to imagine oneself as another person is a sophisticated imaginative process that only fully develops later on in life, the roots of this ability are probably innate.
Human capacity to recognize the emotions of others is related to our imitative capacities, and seems to be grounded in the innate capacity to associate the bodily movements and facial expressions we see with the proprioceptive feelings of those same movements or expressions. Humans also make the same immediate connection between tone of voice and inner feeling. Hence, by looking at the facial expressions or bodily movements of others, or hearing their tone of voice, we are able to get an immediate sense of how they feel on the inside.
We experience this as anything from understanding, to directly experiencing or feeling their emotion (say, sadness or anger), rather than just noting the behavioral symptoms of that emotion. More fully developed empathy requires more than simply recognizing another's emotional state. Since emotions are typically directed towards objects or states of affairs (either real or imaginary), the empathiser first requires some idea of what that object might be. Next, the empathiser must determine how the emotional feeling will significantly affect the way in which s/he perceives the object. In other words, the empathizer must determine the aspects of the object upon which to focus. Hence s/he must not only recognize the object toward which the other is directed, but also then recognize the bodily feeling, and then add these components together.
The empathiser has to somehow find a way into the loop where perception of the object generates feeling, and feeling affects the perception of the object. This process occurs before taking in account the character of the other person as well as their wider non-psychological context (such as being short or being a lawyer). In general two methods of empathy are possible: either a) simulate the pretend beliefs, desires, character traits and context of the other and see what emotional feelings this leads to; or b) start by simulating the emotional feeling directly perceived and then look around for a suitable reason for this to fit to. Either way, full empathetic engagement is supposed to help to understand and anticipate the behavior of the other. Additionally, other subtle methods may be available, depending on the purpose of the empathic act. Empathy Versus Sympathy (and Versus Pity) Despite some divergent opinion on the matter, we may propose a subtle but important distinction between empathy and sympathy.
Whereas empathy is used by skilled clinicians to enhance communication and delivery of care, sympathy can be burdensome and emotionally exhausting and can lead to burnout. Sympathy implies feeling shared with the sufferer as if the pain belonged to both persons: We sympathize with other human beings when we share and suffer with them. It would stand to reason, therefore, that completely shared suffering can never exist between physician and patient; otherwise, the physician would share the patient's plight and would therefore be unable to help. Empathy is concerned with a much higher order of human relationship and understanding: engaged detachment. In empathy, we "borrow" another's feelings to observe, feel, and understand them--but not to take them onto ourselves. By being a participant-observer, we come to understand how the other person feels. An empathetic observer enters into the equation and then is removed.
Harry Wilmer22 summarizes these three emotions--Empathy, Sympathy, and Pity--as follows: Pity describes a relationship which separates physician and patient. Pity is often condescending and may entail feelings of contempt and rejection. Sympathy is when the physician experiences feelings as if he or she were the sufferer. Sympathy is thus shared suffering. Empathy is the feeling relationship in which the physician understands the patient's plight as if the physician were the patient. The physician identifies with the patient and at the same time maintains a distance. Empathetic communication enhances the therapeutic effectiveness of the clinician-patient relationship.

The wingmaker and the world server use empathy to help heal the pain. That this destructive nature has caused in the world today and we all work hard to bring peace and harmony to the earth and all it's inhabitants.
Visual Technique
Step One Get comfortable and relax.
Step Two Then charge your physical body with prana energy by using the prana energy charging technique.
Step Three Now close your eyes and visualize someone that you know is standing in front of you?
Step Four Now make eye contact with that visual image.
Step Five Then stretch out your feelings telepathically and feel what the person in front of you is feeling.
Step Six Then telepathically adjust your feelings to match the feelings of the visual image in front of you. This is what's known as Empathy.
Step Seven Then I want you to interact with the person on their level. How well do you go interacting with this visual image that is in front of you.
Remember When you have finished this exercise write down all that you have learnt while interacting with this visual image and remember to practice you will get better.

Step Four (Sender) Then Stretch out your feelings telepathically and don't forget to open your heart as well. Because the heart center is were we all feel from.
Step Five (Sender) Then I want you to look deeply in the eyes of the receiver. Because then eyes are the windows to both the heart and soul.
Step Six (Sender)Telepathically stretch out your feelings from your heart center up into your eyes. Don't worry if you can not do this with your eyes open if you need to close your eyes and visualize that you are doing this it will work as a visual exercise. then open your eyes again and focus on the receiver.
Step Seven (Sender)Then telepathically adjust your own feelings to match those feelings that you are feeling from the receiver.
Step Eight (Sender) Then tell the receiver what feelings you are perceiving from the receiver.
Step Nine (Receiver) Remember to be honest with the sender as they perform the empathy reading and make sure you answer all the questions that the sender ask you honestly and correctly Because once the sender finished reading you its your turn to perform the read on them.
Step Ten (Sender) If you have been successful in your reading well done.
Step Eleven (Sender) Now charge rolls with the receiver and see how the receiver goes doing the empathy reading on you.
Remember To practice both of you. Because you will get better and faster at this exercise the more times you perform this exercise.

Cultivating Water Energy: This technique you will need throughout most of cryokinesis, since you will be taking the water elemental energy and forming it to ice. To start, stand in a position you would for ki breathing or grounding. Close your eyes, and picture yourself standing in a peaceful place, surrounded by water, or waterfalls, whatever you want. Now, picture energy flowing from the water, into your body, mixing with your ki in your Dan Tien, and flowing throughout your body. I picture this as a blue form of mana. Keep doing this until you feel that the technique has been completed, and that you have cultivated water energy.

While taking a shower close your eyes and let the water hit your front side of your body. Visualize the water energy coming from it into your Dan Tien or even just your body like it is absorbing it. After a minute or two you will have enough. Changing Temperature: This technique is one of the more common you can find on Cryokinesis all over the web. It is using Cryokinesis to change the temperature of a specific area a bit, to make it colder. To start out, you may want to meditate a bit and clear your mind. Now, find the room, or whatever area you wish to change the temperature of, and you may want to check the thermostat first, and see what the temperature is. Now, stand there comfortably, with your eyes closed. Invision that you are standing in the middle of a blizzard, with snow blowing past you with gusts of frigid wind, ice forming on the ground. You must really get into this. Actually try to feel your body becoming colder. Picture the thermostat that you looked at in the beginning, and picture the temperature on it dropping. You could also picture ice forming around the room, all over everywhere, causing the temperature to drop. Now don't get discouraged, this takes practice. With enough work, you should be able to make the temperature a little colder.

Get into the stance that you use when you normally make a Ki or mana ball, with your knees bent a bit, and hands in the ki ball position, at your side, near your hip. Now, picture water running over your hands and in between your hands, as if you were running them under a faucet. Feel it out, and extract the water elemental energy. Now, picture the water frosting over, try to hear the sounds of the ice crackling as the water freezes. Picture it freezing little by little, and compiling into a ball of ice between your palms. Do this for a few minutes, and see if you feel any cold between your hands. Don't worry, all these techniques take time and practice, so you might not get it on the first day. Just keep working on it. Practice this every day, until you can do it. To test this, you can try throwing the ice ball at a candle or some kind of small flame like that. And again, don't worry if nothing happens the first few times. Just remember, when throwing the ice ball, just like any other energy ball, you must be in complete concentration and focus, so that the ball does not simply disperse into the air.

This way I have thought up myself. Instead of making an ice ball, fill up your fore-arms with the water energy. Now start gathering earth energy, make it swirl around inside your ki flame.keep loading up your ki flame with earth energy until you feel it is fairly strong. Now,send all that energy that is swirling around you to the front of you, and use your mind to make it form something such as a brick wall-type shield. Keep adding earth energy to it, and program it to do whatever you want...just rememeber that you CANNOT shield from physcal objects. earth punch now, power up as you normally would, but take in earth energy with

Earth blast power up a ki ball send earth energy to the ki ball in your wrist and arm. visulize the earth energy plating the ki ball and turning them into rocks fused togerther. make them hard and strong then when ready, blast out the rock ball from your wrist and visulize it smashing with great force into your opponent. minor earthquake visulize a massive fist of rock forming on the bottom of the staff, use ki and earth energy to make it.when it's ready and strong enough, lift up the staff and slam it onto the ground, visulize the fist hitting the ground super hard and if done correctly anyone around you may feel a sligth earth disturbence. earth ripple picture a pond in your mind and then use all of your ki to make the biggest fist possible to make and then imagine your hand tearing through the water in the pond.Than shash the fist into the earth to make the earth ripple.(or concrete for that matter.)

After the ki ball is created, begin to visualize the ki hardening into a solid object. I visualize it hardening into a cannonball. When in your mind it looks like a ball in between your hands, Thrust out like you normally would. When the "rock" is released, visualize the stream of ki pushing it as a Pole or piece of two by four. I visualize a huge telephone pole emerging and shooting at the opponent. Ram the pole straight through the opponent. This will give a visible effect of the damage. It may cause a red mark or something the first few times you try it. Practice it on a friend first. But make sure he has proper gear on. I did this to a friend of mine before when he wasn't wearing any gear. He bent down and acted like he had just been punched real hard in the gut. When he recovered he commented that it felt like a telephone pole was rammed through him. Later on, try it on cans. :)

Jing Blast: Go set up for a regular ki blast. Place your hands to your side and create a ki ball between them as you normaly would. After the ki ball is created, begin to visualize the ki hardening into a solid object. I visualize it hardening into a cannonball. When in your mind it looks like a ball in between your hands, Thrust out like you normally would. When the "rock" is released, visualize the stream of ki pushing it as a Pole or piece of two by four. I visualize a huge telephone pole emerging and shooting at the opponent. Ram the pole straight through the opponent. This will give a visible effect of the damage. It may cause a red mark or something the first few times you try it. Practice it on a friend first. But make sure he has proper gear on. I did this to a friend of mine before when he wasn't wearing any gear. He bent down and acted like he had just been punched real hard in the gut. When he recovered he commented that it felt like a telephone pole was rammed through him. Later on, try it on cans. :)

If you can make it come out of your hand or finger try to shoot it at a TV or somthing to see if it messes the reception up.

Then, make a psi ball, now image electric bolts coming out of your hands and your fingertips, and merging with the psi ball, making little sparks and shocks around and inside the psi ball. Do this every day, along with just imaging the electricity flowing inside of you. Just keep practicing, and when you get the electro-ball, you will be able to shock people with it. But be warned, don't use a lot of power with this technique on someone if you know that their power is less than yours and they won't be able to handle it, this technique can really injure someone when used with enough power.

Biokinesis is the use of kinetic energy to rearrange, or control genes inside of the body. If Biokinesis were mastered, wouldn't it be possible to genetically reprogram yourself? The answer, in theory, is yes. By genetically reprogramming yourself, you could become a possible super human. Anything would be possible. For example, if you were to reprogram the genes in your eyes, you could make them see further and better. You'd also be able to see motions so fast, that they would normally not be possible to see.
For super human, the reprogramming process would include things like lack of pain sensing, or something like that. But there would be more to it that that! Yes, way more. It would take months for that type of evolution to take place. All the necessary things to be changed would include eyes, muscles, reflexes, nervous systems, epidemic sections, and vulnerable spots on the body (pressure points) would all have to be changed and equipped to their max. The idea is to become indestructible. Now for the more wanted part of the process. The only reason people die and get old, is because of dead and dying cells in your body. If you reprogrammed yourself to remake the cells that have died, then would you ever get old? And because you never got old, would you ever die? Supposedly, the answer is no. Yes, I'm talking about immortality. It could be achieved through this state, but no one has done it yet. Which leaves doubt that it's possible. But immortality doesn't make you invincible. So you could still die in a car accident or something. There has been a technique that seems to work for minor things. For example, cold doesn't seem cold, harder to loose stamina, things like that. But anyway, here's what to do:

Make it very thin and sharp. Now visualize your genes flowing through your body in small tubes. Tell the needle in your mind it's purpose and what it is you want to change in your genes. Use will power to send the needle of psi piercing in to the gene stream. It's very important that you use psi to cover the hole made, otherwise, you'll start ot loose the character that made you who you are. Once the needle is in, let it form back in to a small mass of psi and drift in your genes until it dissolves. At this point, you can "wake up" out of the meditation and continue your day as usual. Walk around with the thought "I am (what you wanted to change)" in your head all day. Keep that attitude. After about a week, you will start to see, and feel results. Don't play with this, it is very dangerous and should only be attempted by an experienced psi or ki practitioner.

This can be dangerous if you do not be careful enough using it or if you quit practicing the procedure between the times you begin it and finish it. This is used for purposes specified by the user, such as change the color to appreciate ones self more.
METHOD 1: Step 1: Try to attempt this practice just before you enter a state of sleep. Lay down on a soft surface and relax, focusing on the nothingness that lies behind your closed eyes. Step 2: Once the body is relaxed, visualize the body with its eyes closed. Visualize the body in your mind opening its eyes and closely watch the eye color slowly change. Focus deeply on the shade and color of the eye. Step 3: Visualize the body with the differently colored eyes walking into yourself, being absorbed by you. Visualize yourself opening your eyes and seeing yourself in a mirror. In the mirror, see your eye color as the desired color. Step 4: Bring yourself back to consciousness. Reflect on what you did and focus on how it is going to change you.
If you did the exercise right you will probably be able to tell. When I do something right or near right, I get the same feeling I do when I pool psi, but sometimes a stronger feeling. Try to repeat this process night after night for about a month. When you look into a real mirror, visualize and try to see your eye color as the desired eye color. Try to convince yourself that your eyes are in fact that desired color. When looking in a real mirror, for example, you could convincingly say to yourself something like, Wow, check it out! My eyes are completely changing color! For an even more convincing effect, you could even say it to your friends. If you have experienced a month with very little to no change, your eyes can drastically start to change. Its sort of a mind trick. Negative Energy Summon To use negative energy, you need to learn how to summon it first. Feel out the psi in your body. Now begin to think of feelings that strongly anger you. Also think of things of evil (demons, vampires, etc...). Now picture all those thoughts spreading out of your mind and creating a coat around your body. Now use the psi flame power up so that your psi has to pass through the coating. As it does, picture the coating changing the color of your psi to a dark purple or blue. You have summoned negative energy.
Dark Ball Make a psi ball in a darkened room. Absorb the dark energy in the room. Visualize it like the psi ball is attracting the dark psi. Then make a psi ball with that energy.
The Ghostly Scream Power all of your dark energy into your palm. Focus all of your hatred into a psi ball. Finally scream and shoot it out.
???? Draw energy from something dark and let the lunar psi flow throughout your body for a while. After you get used to having a lot of dark energy in you, move the dark psi into your hands. The fire it like a 'kamehameha? while you yell.
Dark Bomb First take all of your energy and convert it into darkness, if you dont have energy then you should draw mana from the darkness. Then lift your hands over your head and pull all the darkness energy into your hands. You should do this until it is feeling very heavy. Then make it unstable by making it to where it will explode on contact. To do this simply imagine it like a bomb. Then throw it hard against a target or down on the ground. It will hurt you and everything else in its way.
Energy Steal Grab someone and visualize roots from your palms attaching to the person's body. Visualize the roots sucking the energy/psi from them. Also, this takes practice so it probably wont work first time. It is basically grounding using your hands and somebody else's energy.

This is one of my favourite kinesis of all.Here is one technic.
First you have to meditate for about 10 minutes, but the longer you meditate the better. Next visualuze air molecules, which carry human speech, all around you. I usually visualize it as the static on the TV when you change it to a channel it does not carry. Anyway visualize it all around you, now feel it, don't just see it. Now here is the fun part. Gather the air molecules into a ball in your hand, pick your target, and blast away. Don't blast towards glass; it has the same effect as a high-pitched sound.

It can be made very abrasive, to the point where it can peel off skin, or it can be pulled together, to form constructs. These exercises are guaranteed to work. Whether you can successfully manipulate an object with your mind depends on several factors including your determination, sex , temperament , natural abilities and type of exercises. Not every exercise is right for everyone, so try them all and then decide which ones are for you. However, it's important that you meditate before attempting any exercise because not doing so will make your training harder.
Meditation : Find a place where nobody will disturb you for the next 10 minutes. Turn on your cellphone and prevent any possible annoyances. Then you will have to meditate. In some of the Middle East and many parts of Australia people meditate for hours daily. They have many different techniques to do so, and the one I think is easier but less rewarding is the following: Sit down on the floor with your eyes closed. Be as relaxed as possible, try to clear your mind from everything. Now slowly focus all your attention in your toes. Just think about them for a few seconds. Then do the same with your feet, your ankles and keep moving up thinking about every part of your body. If done properly, this exercise should relax you greatly. Once you're thinking about your head, which should happen approximately fifteen minutes later, suddenly try to think about nothing. This sounds hard as we're biologically hardwired to keep our minds busy, but with practice you'll be able to clear your mind. Once you do it, you'll reach an enlightened state where performing telekinesis is easier. You should be completely relaxed now, with no worries. I have heard many ocomments about how people have been waiting a long time for telekinesis to manifest and be use-able. Here are a few suggestions.
1. Create a telekinetic journal of sorts. Record when you practice, how long you practice, and what happened.
2. Practice at school, at work, and at home. I, myself, had developed greatly at school, but at home, I seem to lack energy. Try practicing everywhere, and record what places work the best.
3. Sleep restores mental and physical strength. See if taking a nap before practicing or getting a good nights sleep are factors.
4. Judging from the case of Nina Kulagina, one suffers from lack of potassium when practicing. Only a theory, though, I suggest a vast intake of potassium. many bananas will do, but multi-vitamins have been proven to be mental energy depriving.
5.Practing with one or more people can prove to increse confidence. Since focus from enough people can cause telekinetic influence, working with friends can insure that you will develop quicker.
6. Keep your third eye open. It will keep your telekinetic skill intact and make you much more psychic.
7. You need to learn to crawl before you can run. Dont solely focus on telekinesis, it relies on other psi areas. Psi-balls and lygokinesis are important.
8. Sleep is not only vital, it is beneficial. To help me develop on a sub-conscious level, I use a Theta Pulse + Hemi-Sync burned together and put on repeat while I sleep. It really does help. Get creative.
9. Frequency and Intensity. It doesnt matter when you practice if you dont practice 100%. And it doesnt matter how hard you focus if you only practice once a week. You need a balance. How you develop relies on how much and how hard you practice. Dont practice to burnout, but dont go so lightly that you dont learn anything.

Telekinesis is defined by the dictionary as "The movement of objects by scientifically inexplicable means, as by the exercise of an occult power." I disagree with this definition because science is not beneath the movement of objects by the mind.

We know through science and physics that physical energy is created by electromagnetic impulses, and that the electromagnetic and vibratory fields of an individual or object are affected by the electromagnetic and vibratory fields of other individuals or objects. This is how the entire universe works, from atoms to galaxies. Therefore, it stands to reason that a very focused form of this energy, directed like a laser beam, could indeed result in "mind over matter" type phenomena. This phenomena can be referred to interchangeably as telekinesis or psychokinesis - physically moving an object or changing the form of an object solely by using the power of the mind, and without physical manipulation. As all of us can exercise to strengthen the body, those of us who are so inclined can also exercise the psyche to strengthen psychic and telekinetic powers. Simply stated, by learning to focus one's natural energy and vibratory rate, one can physically manipulate the world around them. It is probable that the ancients knew how to manipulate this power and used it to build the Great Pyramid at Giza.
Unfortunately, few of us today have enough knowledge, discipline, or focus to do so. Ancient Chinese philosophy teaches us that every object and individual has a circulating life energy known as Chi, and this seems borne out by recent advances in physics, namely the superstring theory (see The Concept of Other Dimensions for a brief explanation of this theory). Having said that, on a good day telekinetic abilities would be a wonderful thing to have around - beginners could move small objects and change the shape of things, such as bending a metal spoon. Advanced telekinesis could include locking doors, opening windows, starting cars, and a million other mundane tasks we do daily. On a bad day, however, telekinesis is probably very closely related to activity such as poltergeist phenomena, with objects being manipulated to hurt or frighten others. Unfortunately, we hear more about disruptive poltergeists than people who turn the stereo on from the couch without a remote, indicating that something has triggered the brain to such an extent that it can send that focused signal and manipulate outside objects. In poltergeist activity, this trigger is almost always believed to be a strong negative emotional state such stress, anger, hate, or frustration. So is there any way to focus the Chi, or internal energy into a laser beam that will manipulate objects purposefully?
Even the ancients knew that every object vibrates at its own unique frequency, or resonance. The plant on your shelf, the paperweight on your desk, and the dog at your feet are all vibrating at their own unique frequencies. By somehow raising or lowering your own vibrations to match the object you want to move while simultaneously focusing electromagnetic brain waves, you could move, reshape, or destroy any object.
